Shipping policy

 

ALL Orders shipped & delivered between 3-5 business days. Weekends are not included.

STANDARD
Orders placed after 5pm and weekends will be processed and shipped next business days.

EXPRESS

Express orders have to be placed before 12pm to ensure express shipping time frame. Orders are shipped & delivered between 1-2 business days. Weekends are not included.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently do not ship internationally. Sorry!

IN TRANSIT

The Daily Shoe, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

TRACKING

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will receive 2 emails with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once you receive "Your order has Shipped" email this is considered an order that is in transit. ALL orders are shipped through different carriers, UPS & USPS. We ensure that all packages are sent out in a timely manner. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY ISSUES WITH THE CARRIER THAT WILL BE DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT THE CARRIER DIRECTLY.  Contact number for shipping carrier below:

"DELIVERED" STATUS

We (The Daily Shoe, LLC) will not be held responsible for orders that show status "Delivered" but you have not received. If your delivery status is updated to "Delivered" but you have not received your order, you may submit a claim with the carrier (USPS) to help you resolve the dispute. SIGNATURE

Signature may be required at the time of delivery for applicable orders. Should you need assistance, our customer service line is open from 9am - 8pm Eastern. After hours please send all concerns to our email. Please allow up to 2 days for a response.

RETURNED PACKAGES BY CARRIER

PLEASE MAKE THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. A $16 RETURN SHIPMENT FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY BY OUR CARRIER UNDER THE SAME LABEL FOR ANY REASON.

DISCOUNT CODES

All codes have a minimum purchase of $25.00

Special Codes are Limited to 1 use & one per customer. These codes MUST not be shared.
